Invisible Children

Hey Guys,

So if you haven't heard about Invisible Children yet you should totally check this great organization out that helps educate and bring awareness about the war in Uganda. Their next event is coming up and we think you should get involved! "The Rescue" is happening in 100 cities across the world on April 25.
Joseph Kony is the world’s first individual indicted by the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity.
Despite a ceasefire called between the LRA and Ugandan government, efforts toward peace were stalled on several occasions by Kony’s refusal to sign the final peace agreement. The war in northern Uganda has been called one of the most neglected Humanitarian emergencies. On April 25, we will abduct ourselves to raise the banner for the child soldiers taken by Joseph Kony.
We are asking governments and international bodies to develop a strategy and support existing efforts to rescue Joseph Kony’s child soldiers.

Our friends Andrew and Alex happen to be touring for the Invisible Children cause. You can find them out with Tokyo Police club right now and on the upcoming Fall Out Boy tour so make sure you go say hi and become involved in a great cause!
